Charge and Discharge Test Method
1. Sort the new batteries within one week after shipment from our factory
2. The batteries shall not be cycled more than five times before the test.
3. Test should be with Temperature of 20±5℃ and relative humidity of 45~85%.
4. The test result show capacity should be over 170ah, the mini capacity should be 165ah

QC Control Process
Check the voltage and internal resistance of each cell ,to ensure the difference among the cells are within the required value
Checking the BMS works normally and to monitor the battery pack though install the montoring software at the computer
Period of Warranty
The period of warranty is one year from the date of shipment. TAC guarantees to give a replacement in case of cells with defects proven due to manufacturing process instead of the customer abuse and misuse.
Storage of the Batteries
The batteries should be stored at room temperature, charged to about 30% to 50% of capacity.
We recommend that batteries be charged about once per half a year to prevent over discharge.
